I'm Laura, a doula, a mother of two, and a woman who was forever changed by the experience of becoming a mother. After giving birth to my first daughter, I left my career in high tech to follow a deep calling: to support women as they journey through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. As a doula, I offer emotional, physical, and informational support with warmth, honesty, and intuition. I hold space for women to feel safe, heard, and supported—whether it's preparing for birth, navigating labor, or adjusting to life with a newborn. My role isn't to tell you what to do—it's to walk beside you, to remind you of your strength, and to help you trust your own voice and instincts. I believe motherhood is powerful and messy, beautiful and overwhelming, and that no woman should go through it alone. That belief led me to create Motherhood Unfiltered, a space for honest conversations and connection through therapeutic talking circles. Whether we meet in person, over Zoom, or in the delivery room, my goal is always the same: to hold you with care and help you feel confident and supported in your motherhood journey.

Hi, I’m Gabi! A certified doula, childbirth educator, and HypnoBirthing® educator. Originally from South Africa, I made aliyah and now live in Tel Aviv with my husband, Gavriel. I feel deeply honored to support families through the seasons of pregnancy, birth, and early motherhood. What I offer: 🤰Pregnancy & Birth Support I provide continuous, hands-on care throughout pregnancy and labor, drawing on a wide range of comfort measures rooted in physiological birth. I support both birthing parents with calm reassurance and help create a private, safe, and oxytocin-filled birthing environment. 👶 Postpartum Support I support families through the transition into early parenthood with gentle, practical care. Whether it’s holding your baby while you shower, offering emotional reassurance, or guiding you through newborn care, I am there to support and hold you during this tender time. 🤰 Childbirth Education & HypnoBirthing® I offer comprehensive, personalized childbirth education tailored to each couple’s unique needs and desires. My curated classes blend education about birth ranging from the hormonal role all the way to postpartum, providing practical tools inspired by HypnoBirthing® and many other methods. For families wishing to fully immerse themselves in the HypnoBirthing® method, I also offer complete HypnoBirthing® courses. These focus on replacing fear with understanding, building confidence, and empowering women to make informed decisions with calm, clarity, and trust in their bodies.

Hi! I’m Abby Goldberg, a doula-in-training passionate about supporting women through one of life’s most beautiful transitions—birth. I recently completed the Parparim Babeten training program in Ein Kerem and am currently working toward my full certification. I’ve already had the honor of supporting two beautiful births and am eager to continue walking alongside women on their journey.
