Supporting Your Journey Through Parenthood

I have been a qualified midwife for over 25 years, with my initial training in the UK. After Aliya, I retained and obtained my Israeli lisence. I worked in hospital in the UK and Jerusalem, before leaving the hospital system for homebirths in 2019. I have since been involved in homebirth and to date (2025) have been promary caregiver for over 220 homebirths. I regulalry engage in courses and professional trainings to keep my knowledge fresh and up to date. I believe in the mother's ability to give birth without interventions, doctors and machinery if she and her baby are healthy and low-risk. Women looking for supportive midwifery care in low risk pregnancies, will find a very calm, kind and professional midwife, happy to assist them through this special life event! I have additional training in many areas including birth processing for trauma, spinning babies, hypnobrthing, natural birth and water birth.

Originally, I received my Bachelor‘s degree in Midwifery in Switzerland, where I am from. I practiced as a midwife and the labor&delivery and postnatal wards of a antroposophic, natural-minded hospital as well as in a university clinic for 5 years. After making Aliyah to Israel 3 years ago, I trained as a doula. Today I offer my support as a doula with the in-depth knowledge and experience of a midwife.

I'm a qualified, bilingual Birth Doula and Childbirth Educator. I'm also a certified postpartum doula, lactation counselor and reflexologist. I offer a variety of services for all women and all types of birth. My goal is to help support you through this time. To help you understand your options, how the birth process works in Israel, to emotionally and practically help you prepare for birth, and most importantly, to support you and the type of birth that you choose.
