I am an occupational therapist certified as and end of life doula, mindfulness and aromatherapy educator. I accompany individuals and their families with presence, compassion, and dignity. My approach integrates spiritual care, sensory practices, and grief support, honouring each person’s unique path through illness, dying, and loss.
I am a birth doula in training (certification expected June), yoga teacher, and bodywork practitioner with a strong foundation in women’s health, somatic work, breath, and body awareness. Born and raised in the United States, I offer support in both English and Hebrew. I support women and families through pregnancy and birth with a holistic, grounded approach that honors both the individual and the family unit. Drawing from years of body-based work, I bring tools for physical comfort, emotional regulation, and presence, while encouraging partners to feel confident, involved, and supported throughout the birth process.
I have been a doula for almost 30 years, and have been teaching a very unique Doula Training in English for the past 8 years. I believe in compassionate, nonjudgmental support for women and couples. I see birth as a Rite of Passage and the doula as a mentor. My course is very body oriented as well as emotionally in depth- it is first of all a journey for you, the student doula, to go deeper within and explore and grow. As you are mentored throughout the year, you yourself become the mentor.
