I am a birthing doula and birth educator with over a year of hands-on experience supporting women through labor, birth, and postpartum. My approach is rooted in compassionate, evidence-based care, focused on helping women feel empowered and informed throughout their birthing experience. In addition, my own fertility journey deeply shaped my path and inspired me to become a fertility coach, offering guidance and emotional support to women navigating the often complex and isolating road to conception. I bring a blend of professional training and personal understanding to every client relationship, creating a space of trust, empathy, and holistic support from fertility through birth.

As a certified Childbirth Educator, Birth & Postpartum Doula, Lactation Counselor, and Reflexologist, I provide a variety of services for women preparing for all kinds of birth experiences. My intention is to support you fully — helping you explore your options, understand how birth works in Israel, prepare emotionally and practically, and feel confident and supported in the birth you choose for yourself.

I am an International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant since 2022 with over a decade of experience supporting mothers and babies. I am the co-creator of Body-Led Breastfeeding, a methodology that sees infant body language patterns as the key to breastfeeding success. I specialize in helping babies with persistent oral function challenges and those who struggle with bottle feeding. I also host the Growing Happy Babies birth workers podcast which helps Anglo-Israeli parents get to know their birth helpers before deciding which ones they want to hire, hosted at growinghappybabies.com/directory. I also co-host the Body-Led Breastfeeding podcast for lactation professionals as well as the monthly literature review podcast from the Journal of Human Lactation.
