I am a certified Doula and preparation for childbirth educator. BH I also can escort you after birth and give two helping hands for a difficult night, making you a meal, taking care of you, and helping you out with your little one. My approach is being present in what Hashem and life brings, and using the wonderful tools that you already have and preparing together for your birth, and for the unknown to come. In our preparation we do a spiritual phisical and emotional preparation.

I support both birthing parents with calm reassurance and help create a private, safe, and oxytocin-filled birthing environment. 👶 Postpartum Support I support families through the transition into early parenthood with gentle, practical care. Whether it’s holding your baby while you shower, offering emotional reassurance, or guiding you through newborn care, I am there to support and hold you during this tender time. 🤰 Childbirth Education & HypnoBirthing® I offer comprehensive, personalized childbirth education tailored to each couple’s unique needs and desires. My curated classes blend education about birth ranging from the hormonal role all the way to postpartum, providing practical tools inspired by HypnoBirthing® and many other methods. For families wishing to fully immerse themselves in the HypnoBirthing® method, I also offer complete HypnoBirthing® courses. These focus on replacing fear with understanding, building confidence, and empowering women to make informed decisions with calm, clarity, and trust in their bodies.
